It depends on your container and market: PVC: Most costeffective, ideal for simple shapes and common applications. PETG: The most popular ecofriendly choice with high shrinkage (up to 75-78%). It’s perfect for highly contoured "irregular" bottles and is widely accepted in the US and EU markets. OPS: Best for squeeze bottles due to its soft touch and low vertical shrinkage.

Our standard MOQ for gravure printing is 10,000 to 20,000 pieces (depending on the size). However, for startups or new product testing, we offer Digital Printing options with a much lower MOQ to help you get started without high initial costs

We highly recommend sending us your physical empty bottles. Our engineers will measure the dimensions and calculate the precise shrinkage rate. We also provide digital proofs and samples for you to test in your heat tunnel before the final mass production.

Yes! We support global sustainability goals. We offer PETG labels which are more recyclable than PVC. We can also add vertical/horizontal perforations (tear lines) for easy removal and recommend washable inks to facilitate the PET bottle recycling process.

For first-time orders, it usually takes 10-15 days after the design is confirmed and the deposit is received (this includes plate making). Repeat orders are faster, typically within 7-10 days.

Shrink labels are heat-sensitive. For summer or tropical shipments, we use heat-insulated packaging (thick pearl cotton and aluminum foil) and mark cartons with "Keep Cool" labels. For longdistance sea freight in peak summer, we recommend reefer (refrigerated) containers.

Yes. We offer free stock samples (previous designs) for you to check the material quality. For custom samples with your own design, there is a sampling fee, but it can be refunded once the bulk order reaches a certain volume.

Our labels are compatible with both! We can provide labels in rolls (for high-speed automatic machines) or pre-cut pieces (for manual application). Please specify your machine's requirements (roll direction, core size) when ordering.
